Does my client need a ChatGPT or Claude subscription?
For the standard setup, yes — they'd access the tool through Claude or ChatGPT, which have free tiers available. If you'd prefer something fully embedded in your own website with no third-party login required, we can build that too. We'll discuss what makes the most sense for your clients during the discovery call.
How accurate are the answers?
The tool only answers based on what we've built into it — your services, your policies, your rules. It won't speculate or make things up outside of that scope. Before anything goes live, you review and approve every answer type. If something is outside the tool's knowledge, it tells the client to contact your office directly.
What happens when my services or policies change?
You let us know and we update the tool — usually within a day or two. We offer ongoing support as part of every engagement so the tool stays accurate as your business evolves.
Is client information kept private?
The tool doesn't store client conversations or personal data on our end. Conversations run through Claude or ChatGPT, which have their own privacy policies. We don't build tools that collect sensitive personal or financial information — the tool answers questions, it doesn't intake data.
